The Grading program is designed for computers running Windows 10 or higher with a display size of 13.3 inches or larger.  

The Grading program is a simple application that allows the coach to identify success or failure with simple up-down counters with positive numbers for success and negative numbers for failure. The idea is to determine what problems a player is having and then a coach can correct the issue.  There are no grades like “A, B, C” or percentages.  This program is simply aimed at skill sets.

 There are separate skill sets for offense, defense, and special teams.  I am always seeking more items to measure. I have never coached football, but I have listened to coaches for over 30 years and developed programs for them.  The program allows a coach to organize the players first under the identified skill sets and then player groups like linebackers and linemen.  Any player may be included multiple skill sets and multiple player groups.  You can identify players by name, jersey number, or whatever.  The program will create a file that you name for each player group.

  The program accepts video in “mp4” format.  The program permits you to play the video forward or backward or pause. You can play the video from 1/4^th to 3 times speed.
